Tuesday I took about 350 pictures in the neighborhood of Jackson Ward in which I live. The photos are reference for cityscape studies in ink and wash. Most, if not all, of the photos feature derelict buildings, graffiti and refuse.This piece is calligraphy ink with a crow quill pen in my sketchbook. The tones are digital in Photoshop.
